Tape Slitting Machine Spare Parts: Functions and Ordering Guide
Routine maintenance of a tape slitting machine includes checking its blades, winding shaft accessories, and tension control components. Similar-looking replacement parts are not necessarily interchangeable: model, dimensions, and connections must be checked.
This guide introduces the accessories shown in our product overview, covering tape slitting machines, small paper core cutting machines, and paper core threading equipment.
1. Tape Slitting Machine Accessories
Three-Hole Slitting Blades
Used for slitting adhesive tape. Before ordering, confirm blade length, width, thickness, hole spacing, and blade holder compatibility.
Nylon Strips for Winding Shafts
These work with small springs to help hold paper cores in position. Inspect the strips and associated components when they are worn or cores no longer grip as expected.
Small Springs for Shaft Sleeves
These springs work with the nylon strips. Check their elasticity and wear after extended use, and match the dimensions and installation position when replacing them.
Toolboxes
Used to store installation, adjustment, and maintenance tools. The exact contents should be confirmed for the equipment order.
Blade Holder Assemblies
Used to secure three-hole blades and their supporting pads. Provide photos of the complete holder, mounting arrangement, and dimensions when requesting a quotation.
Sealing Labels
Used to secure the tape end after winding. Confirm the label dimensions, material, and application requirements before ordering.
Unwinding Tension Potentiometers
Provide adjustment input to the machine's tension control system. Check the original component model, electrical specifications, and wiring before replacement.
Speed Control Potentiometers
Used to adjust winding speed. Provide the original component markings, terminal photos, and mounting dimensions to avoid confusion with other potentiometers.
Solenoid Valves
Control the on/off state and direction of compressed air or hydraulic flow, depending on the machine configuration. Confirm the model, coil voltage, port size, and connection arrangement.
Tension Control Boards
Part of the machine's tension control system. Compatibility should be checked against the original board model, connector layout, and machine electrical configuration.
2. Small Paper Core Cutting Machine Accessories
Circular Cutting Blades
Used to cut paper cores. Confirm the outside diameter, center hole, thickness, and mounting arrangement.
PE Support Tubes
Located at the cutting position and subject to wear during use. Replacement tubes should match the original dimensions.
Knife Shafts
Used to mount circular blades. Confirm shaft diameter, length, and blade mounting spacing.
3. Paper Core Threading Molds
Threading molds guide paper cores onto the winding shaft. Selection should take account of the paper core dimensions, winding shaft arrangement, and threading machine structure.
4. What to Provide for a Spare Parts Inquiry
To help identify the required parts, please provide:
• Machine model and nameplate photo.
• A photo showing the component in its installed position.
• Close-up photos, model markings, and key dimensions.
• Required quantity.
• Rated specifications and wiring photos for electrical components.
